You may get this message when adding emails to Salesforce if you do not have your Task object enabled. To enable your Task object, follow the steps below.
1. Click Customize fields to open up the CRM Object & Field Mapping page in Ebsta's Console.
2. In the Bubble & Search section, select the Task object from the drop-down menu and click the toggle button to enable the object.
3. Ensure the Name and Related To fields are in the current fields selected column and then click Save Changes.
