Requirements: Customization of Salesforce fields displayed in Ebsta for all users requires Administrator rights.

Customize fields in Ebsta (Chrome extension)
1. Open the Ebsta Console by clicking on the following link and sign in with your Salesforce credentials:
2. Click the Settings button in the top right-hand corner and select Customization.
3. Click the toggle button to turn Admin Mode on. With Admin Mode enabled any changes made to the Salesforce fields shown in Ebsta will affect the layout for all Ebsta users at your company.
4. Select the Object (e.g. Contact) that you wish to customize fields for from the dropdown menu.
5. Ensure the Object is set to Enabled.
6. Ebsta displays two columns; on the left, Current Fields Selected lists the fields currently being used by Ebsta. On the right, Available Fields lists the fields that can be added to Ebsta. You can click and drag the fields between the columns.
7. Click Save Changes.
8. Repeat steps 4 - 7 for other Objects you wish to customize the fields for.
9. For changes to take effect, all users will need to refresh their settings by following steps in this article:
Add a Custom Object to Ebsta (Chrome extension)
1. In Customization (as above), select the Custom Object that you wish to add to Ebsta from the dropdown menu.
2. Click the toggle button to enable the Object.
3. Ebsta displays two columns; on the left, Current Fields Selected lists the fields that will be displayed in Ebsta. On the right, Available Fields lists the fields that can be added to Ebsta. Drag the fields between the columns.
4. Click Save Changes.
5. Repeat steps above for other Custom Objects as required.
6. For changes to take effect, all users will need to refresh their settings by following steps in this article:
Customize fields in Ebsta Add Email to Salesforce window (Chrome extension)
Ebsta's Add Email to Salesforce window opens up when adding an email and/or an email attachment to Salesforce. Emails are saved as Tasks against related Salesforce Objects. Email attachments can be added to the Notes & Attachments section or to Salesforce Files* depending on your requirements.

Salesforce Files in Lightning Experience
1. In Customization (as above), click the Add Email Pop-up tab.
2. Firstly, decide whether you want email attachments to be added to the Notes & Attachments section in Salesforce or to Salesforce Files.
Please note, with Admin Mode enabled, this setting will be applied to all users.
3. Ebsta displays two columns; on the left, Current Fields Selected lists the fields that are currently displayed in Ebsta. On the right, Available Fields lists the fields that can be added to Ebsta. Drag the fields between the columns.
