Requirements: Email Tracking needs to be enabled so that Ebsta can provide you with full reporting: Enable Email Tracking in Outlook
1. Click the Tracking button in Ebsta's side panel.
There are two areas of the email tracking report; the Activity feed and All tracked emails.
Activity feed
This is a chronological list of all activity against tracked emails. Ebsta displays what activity has occurred (either an open or a click), the recipient's email address, the subject line of the email, the date and time of the activity and on what device it was viewed.

If you click on the down arrow, Ebsta displays a chronological list of all activity against the specific email.
All tracked emails
All tracked emails is a list of all emails that have been sent with tracking (this is limited to 100 results). Results are displayed by most recent action. Ebsta displays the recipient's email address, the subject line of the email and time of action (received, viewed or clicked).

You can filter the list to display by Opened/Unopened emails.
Again like the activity feed, if you click on the down arrow, Ebsta displays a chronological list of all activity against the specific email.
If you are interested in looking at the email activity related to a specific contact, type their email address into the search bar and Ebsta will display all activity relating to emails sent to this person (including those that they have been cc or bc'd in.)
