This article guides you through how to access Ebsta's Email Tracking Reporting from within Outlook and what insights are available to you after emails have been sent.
Access Email Tracking Reporting
1. In Outlook, click the Ebsta button in the Home menu to open the Ebsta side panel.
If you are using Outlook online, click New Message and at the bottom of the compose pane, click the Ebsta button to open the Ebsta side panel.
2. Click the Tracking button at the top of Ebsta's side panel.
By default, the Email Tracking report will be open on the Activity feed.
This is a chronological view of all activity against tracked emails. The feed is ordered by most recent activity. At the glance you can see who the email was sent to, the subject line of the email, when it was viewed and on what device.
If you click on the down arrow, Ebsta displays a list of all the times the email has been viewed, on what device and whether any links within the email have been clicked on.
All tracked emails
If you click All tracked emails, Ebsta displays a list all emails that have been sent with tracking (this is limited to 100 results). The feed is ordered by most recently tracked sent email. You can see at a glance whether they have been opened or not.

You can use the dropdown menu to filter the feed to display only Opened or only Unopened emails.
