Requirements:
There are four ways to add emails in Outlook to Salesforce.
Email Sync
Ebsta's Native Email Sync is an automatic sync of emails from your Outlook mailbox to Salesforce. To set up Email Sync, please refer to the following article:

Lightning Add
Ebsta's Lightning Add function can be used when you have a record in Salesforce related to the email you are viewing. Ebsta's side panel will display key information held in the related Salesforce record.
1. Hover over the Add Email button.
2. Click the Lightning Add button
3. The button in the side panel will turn green to denote that the email has been successfully added.
Advanced Add
Ebsta's Advanced Add enables you to determine which Salesforce record you wish to relate an email to and relate it to more than one record in Salesforce if required.
1. Hover over the Add Email button.
2. Click the Add Email to Salesforce button
3. Ebsta will automatically relate the email to the appropriate record in Salesforce. You can amend this by clicking the x buttons and relate the email to other records as necessary by clicking the + button.
4. Click Confirm.
5. The button in the side panel will turn green to denote that the email has been successfully added.
Send + Add
As the name suggests, Send + Add enables you to add emails to Salesforce upon sending.
1. Click New Email (or New Message if your working in the online version) and prepare your message as you normally would. When you are ready to send, click Add to Salesforce in the Ebsta side panel.
2. Ebsta will automatically relate the email to the appropriate record in Salesforce. You can amend this by clicking the x buttons and relate the email to other records as necessary by clicking the + button.
3. Click Confirm.
4. Ebsta will confirm that upon send, the email will be added to 1 record in Salesforce. When you are ready, click Send (With Ebsta).
