Active - Shown as "Live" on the Campaign details page as below. As the name suggests is an active or live campaign. It will appear as an option in Gmail so that new contacts can be added to it.
Locked - shown on the Campaign details page as below, is a campaign that is turned off. No new contacts can be added to it and it doesn't appear as an option in Gmail. It appears in the Campaign Manager section of the control panel and can be unlocked or activated at any point in the future.
For example, you may set up an Email Campaign to communicate a new product or product feature to your customers and set it to locked so that no one accidentally uses it before the launch date.
Note: If Campaign is Deleted it does not appear as an option in Gmail or in the Campaign Manager section of the control panel.
How to change the status of an Email Campaign
1. Go to console.ebsta.com
2. Login with Salesforce
3. Open up the Campaign Manager section of Ebsta's Control Panel in a new browser tab.
4. Ebsta displays a list of all Campaigns in a table. Select the Campaign you wish to change the status of from the list or by using the search function.
