This article guides you through the process of tracking an email in Outlook.
To use Email Tracking you need to have connected your Outlook mailbox to Ebsta. If you haven't already done this, refer to the following article:
Track an email in Outlook
1. Click New Email (or New Message if your working in the online version), and prepare your message as normal. When you are ready to send, click the Tracking toggle button in Ebsta's side panel.
2. The toggle button will turn green to indicate that tracking is enabled.
Note: All links contained within the body of the email message or manually inserted into the email will automatically be tracked.
3. Click Send (With Ebsta)
4. Ebsta will alert at the top of the side panel you when you have tracking notifications to read.

5. You'll notice that the next time you are composing a new message, email tracking will automatically be enabled and all future emails will be tracked by Ebsta.
You can turn the feature off at any time by clicking the Email Tracking button so that it turns grey.
