Account Insights enables you to map and score relationships across your organization. With better visibility into relationships, sales teams can develop more effective account-based selling strategies and maintain high engagement with stakeholders from key accounts.

Access Account Insights
1. Open up the Ebsta Console by clicking on the following link and sign in with your Salesforce credentials:
2. Click Insights and then select Account Insights.
Understanding Account Insights
Click the down arrow to open the Account Picker and select the Account you wish to view the insights for.
Relationships Score Trend
This chart tracks the relationship engagement levels of each Contact and the number of relationships with Contacts at this Account. The dotted line tracks the overall relationship score for the Account.
If you hover over a stack, you get the detailed data for that week.
The table below is a list of all Contacts related to the Account you are viewing, their current Relationship Score, how many of your team have a relationship with this person, the date of the last activity and key contact details for them.
You can re-order the list by clicking the column headers and can search the list using the search function.
To build a relationships map for the selected Account, select the Contacts you wish to add to the map from the list using the check boxes alongside each Contact and then click the organisation chart button. Alternatively you can select all Contacts by checking the box at the top of the column.
Click the Relationships Map tab.
Now you can begin building out a relationship map for this Account. For each Contact you selected in the previous step, Ebsta creates a Contact card. The card indicates the person within your company that has the strongest relationship with this contact and displays the current relationship score and date of last activity.
For each of the Contacts you can select their Contact Roles within the organisation from the dropdown list.
You can move the Contact cards by clicking and dragging them individually into position. You can also bulk move them by clicking and dragging the cursor over the cards you wish to move. Then click on one of the elements highlighted and drag it to where you wish to move it. All highlighted elements will move together.
You can add relationship links/show lines of hierarchy by clicking any of the circles on each side of a Contact card and dragging the line to link to another card.
To delete a relationship line, hover over the line so that a trash icon appears. Clicking this icon removes the line.
To delete a Contact card from the map, hover over the card so that a trash icon appears. Clicking this icon deletes the card.
You can bulk delete Contact cards from the map by clicking and and dragging the cursor over the cards you wish to delete and then click the trash icon to delete all highlighted elements.
To add further contacts to a map click the Relationships tab to return to the list of all Contacts at this Account and use the check boxes as before to include further contacts in the map.
To extend the map out horizontally (left/right) and vertically (up/down), click the hand icon so that it turns blue. The cursor changes to a hand and you can then pan across and up and down to view the entire map.
You can also zoom in and out using the zoom function at the top of the map.
To save the relationship map, click Save Map.
To export the map, click Export Map...
...and then click Download.
This sidebar displays activities information related to the Account you are viewing.
The Account tab displays the total number of activities related to the Account, along with the most recent 10 activities.
The Relationship tab works in conjunction with the Relationships section. Clicking on a contact row updates the sidebar to show the activities related to this contact.
Bulk API Access
Forecast Insights require Bulk API access which is included with Enterprise, Unlimited, Developer and Performance editions. If you are using Professional edition, Bulk API access can be purchased by contacting Salesforce. Those using Essentials and Group will need to upgrade their edition.
