Use the dropdown menu in the top left-hand corner to select which one of your Accounts to view.
Relationships Engagement Score Trend
This chart tracks the engagement levels of each Contact and the number of relationships with Contacts at this Account. The dotted line tracks the overall engagement score for the Account.
If you hover over a stack, you get the detailed data for that week.
The table below is a list of all Contacts related to the Account you are viewing, their current Engagement Score, how many of your team have a relationship with this person, the date of the last activity and key contact details for them.
You can re-order the list by clicking the column headers and can search the list using the search function.
To build a relationships map for the selected Account, select the Contacts you wish to add to the map from the list using the check boxes alongside each Contact and then click the organisation chart button. Alternatively you can select all Contacts by checking the box at the top of the column.
Click the Relationships Map tab.
Now you can begin building out a relationship map for this Account. For each Contact you selected in the previous step, Ebsta creates a Contact card. The card indicates the person within your company that has the strongest relationship with this contact and displays the current engagement score and date of last activity.
For each of the Contacts you can select their Contact Roles within the organisation from the dropdown list.
You can move the Contact cards by clicking and dragging them into position.
To extend the map out horizontally, click and hold so that the cursor changes to a hand and scroll across to the right. (You can scroll down to extend your map vertically also).
You can add relationship links/show lines of hierarchy by clicking any of the circles on each side of a Contact card and dragging the line to link to another card.
To delete a relationship line, click the line so that a red cross appears. Clicking this cross removes the line.
To delete a Contact card from the map, click the card so that a red cross appears. Clicking this cross deletes the card.
To add further contacts to a map, click the Relationships tab to return to the list of all Contacts at this Account and use the check boxes as before to include further contacts in the map.
To save the relationship map, click Save Map.
To export the map, click Export Map...
...and then click Download.
