Overview of Activity Insights
The main graph displays the daily total number of sales activities (sent emails, calls and meetings) that have taken place amongst your team. The graph also plots total activities (emails, calls and meetings combined) and the team average.
By default, the graph shows activity that has occurred over the last 7 days but you can adjust this using the date filter.
You can also adjust the graph to display a certain team member/members using the user filter. Type their name into the search area and select them from the dropdown menu. Repeat for additional team members.
Ebsta will display the names of team members who are included in the reporting figures for verification at the top of the graph.
Below the main graph, Ebsta displays a summary of the activities by type and how that compares to the previous 7 days.
Ebsta also gives a breakdown of the sent emails (over the specified time period). You can review how many were sent to contacts for whom there is a relating record in Salesforce, contacts without a record in Salesforce (recipients) and internal contacts. Again this information is compared to the previous 7 days.
The sidebar on the right gives a breakdown of activities by team member. The sidebar is ranked by total activities so you can see at a glance which users have the highest levels of activity for that period.
You can change the ranking by activity type using the rank by filter at the top of the sidebar.
Clicking on a team member in the sidebar updates the main graph to display data for that user only. This enables you to view their activity levels over the week and determine how they are performing in comparison to the team average.
Note: This action does not change the summary information below the graph. This only changes if you use the date and/or user filters at the top of the graph.
