Active - Shown as "Live" on the Cadence details page as below. As the name suggests is an active or live Cadence. It will appear as an option in Gmail so that new contacts can be added to it.
Locked - shown on the Cadence details page as below, is a Cadence that is turned off. No new contacts can be added to it and it doesn't appear as an option in Gmail. It appears in the Cadence Manager section of the control panel and can be unlocked or activated at any point in the future.
For example, you may set up an Email Cadence to communicate a new product or product feature to your customers and set it to locked so that no one accidentally uses it before the launch date.
Note: If Cadence is Deleted it does not appear as an option in Gmail or in the Campaign Manager section of the control panel.
How to change the status of an Email Cadence
1. Click the Email Cadence button in the top right-hand corner of Gmail.
2. Click Manage Cadences in the Cadences pop-up window.
3. This opens up the Cadence Manager section of Ebsta's Control Panel in a new browser tab.
4. Ebsta displays a list of all Cadences in a table. Select the Cadence you wish to change the status of from the list or by using the search function.
