A cadence has two possible statuses:
Active (shown as 'Live' in the Console) is a cadence that will appear as an option in the cadence window so that new contacts can be added to it.
Locked is a cadence that is turned off so no new contacts can be added to it and it won't appear as an option in cadence window. It can be unlocked or activated at any point in the future. For example, you may set up a cadence to communicate a new product or product feature to your customers and set it to locked so that no one accidentally uses it before the launch date.
1. Open up the Ebsta Console by clicking on the following link sign in with your Salesforce credentials:
2. Select Cadences from the top navigation bar.
3. Ebsta displays a list all cadences that have been created by you and your team. You can filter this list by Owner and/or Status (active or locked). You can also use the search function to search for a specific cadence.
4. Click on the cadence that you wish to change the status of.
5. Click the Status toggle to either lock or put the Cadence live.
