In order for Ebsta to sync emails to Salesforce as Completed Tasks and thus appear in the Activity History, the Status field needs to be set as 'Completed' in Ebsta.
Set Status field to 'Completed' in Ebsta
1. Open up the Ebsta Console by clicking on the following link:
(You will be asked to sign in with your Salesforce credentials)
2. Click Settings in the bottom left-hand corner and then select Email Sync.
3. Click on the Mapping tab.
4. Set the Status field to 'Completed' using the dropdown menu and then click Save.
