Using Ebsta's 'Right-Click' Search function you can search Bullhorn from any document in Word.
1. When reviewing a document, find a name (company or person) and highlight it.
2. Right click on the name, and select Search Ebsta.
3. Ebsta's notification bar will alert you to the search results.
If a matching record exists, Ebsta's blue notification bar will provide a snapshot of key information held in Bullhorn; key Contact information and previous Activities, if any, that have taken place between the contact and your company.
To view the record in more detail, simply click on the Ebsta icon in the top right-hand side of the bar.
This opens up Ebsta's Bubble where you will be able to edit the record and record Activities against it without leaving Word.

To create a new Contact, Candidate or Company record in Bullhorn for this person, all you need to do is click on the Ebsta icon in the top right-hand corner of the bar.
