1. Click the Gear icon and click Setup.
2. Click Object Manager
3. Click on your chosen Object e.g. Account
4. Click Page Layouts.
5. Click the down arrow next to the correct Page Layout and click Edit.
6. Select Section and drag it down into the Page Layout. When it has turned green, you will be able to drop it into the layout.
7. Add the following properties and click OK.
8. Drag and drop each of the following Ebsta fields in turn into the newly created Ebsta Reporting Section. When it has turned green, you will be able to drop it into the layout.

Total emails exchanged outbound

9. Click Save.
