With Ebsta added to your Page Layout in Salesforce, click on the Contacts tab.
Ebsta displays key contact details, including job title, phone number and email address which have been parsed directly from the Contact's email signature. In the last column, Ebsta identifies whether the Contact relates to an Account (matched by domain) in Salesforce or not

Clicking on the icon opens the Contact record in Salesforce in a new browser tab.

Clicking on the icon gives you the option to create a new Contact or Lead in Salesforce
Ebsta will display social profiles if they were found in the Contact's email signature. You can then click on these to go straight through to the social profile.
Ebsta analyses email content including Out-of-office emails and auto-responders so you will be alerted to whether a Contact is currently Out of Office or has Left the Company with an indicator next to the Contact.
Ebsta measures the strength of your relationship with Contacts based on your email communications (how often you exchange emails, how recently emails have been exchanged and so on) to build a Velocity Score.
Ebsta then displays this Velocity Score so you can identify which Contacts you should target.
Ebsta shows you which of your colleagues/connected mailboxes knows a Contact so you can leverage their relationship for a warm introduction.
Privacy Controls give Users the ability to hide All Emails and the Contact from view. Clicking on the drop-down arrow next to a Contact's name opens up the privacy controls. Users can choose to:
Hide All Emails: Hide all emails relating to that Contact, but continue to keep the Contact visible
Hide All Emails & Contact: Hide the Contact and all Email communications
If you wish to hide a specific email, you can do this from the Activities Tab.
Note: You will need to ask your Salesforce Administrator to enable Privacy Controls if you don't have this option available.
