Access Email Tracking Insights
1. Open up the Ebsta Console by clicking on the following link and sign in with your Salesforce credentials:
2. Select Tracking Insights from the top navigation bar.
Review your own outbound email performance
By default, Ebsta displays an overview of your own outbound email performance over the last 30 days.
The graph on the left shows the total number of emails you have tracked and what percentage of them have been opened/Unopened.
The bar graph on the right displays the daily number of tracked emails and open and reply rates over the last 30 days.
You can hover over the graph to get the daily totals.
You can analyse your email performance over a different time period using the filter.
Best Performing
This table gives you an overview of your top performing Subjects, Salesforce Templates, Campaigns and Links.
Clicking on Templates, (or Subjects/Campaigns or Links) in this table opens up a more detailed view.
User Summary
This is a summary of all your outbound email activity over the set period.
Sent: Total number of tracked emails sent
Opens: Total number and percentage of tracked emails that have been opened
Multiple Opens: Total number and percentage of tracked emails that have been opened more than once.
Response Rate: Total number and percentage of tracked emails that have been replied to.
Template Count: Total number and percentage of opened emails created using a Salesforce Template.
Campaign Count: Total number and percentage of opened emails created using a Campaign.
Free Form Count: Total number and percentage of opened emails created without use of a Salesforce Template or Email Campaign.
Review outbound email performance across your team
To review the outbound email performance across your team, click the All Users tab at the top of the section.
The graph on the left shows the total number of emails you have tracked as a team and what percentage of them have been opened/Unopened.
The bar graph on the right displays the daily number of tracked emails and open and reply rates for the entire team over the last 30 days.
Again as before, You can analyse your team's performance over a different time period using the filter.
Best Performing
This table section gives you an overview of your teams' top performing Subjects, Salesforce Templates, Campaigns and Links. Again as before, Clicking on Templates, (or Subjects/Campaigns or Links) in this table opens up a more detailed view.
User Summary
This table summarises all outbound email activity of your team over the set period. Be default, the table displays users in alphabetical order but the table can be re-ordered using the controls next to each column header.
Review outbound email performance of a specific team member
To review the outbound email performance of a specific team member, click the Team Search tab at the top of the section.
Use the drop-down menu to select a team member from the list or type their name directly into the search bar.
The reporting will update to show email performance for the selected user.
You can view multiple users at the same time by selecting them from the list or by typing their names into the search bar. To remove a user from the display, simply click on the cross next to their name.
