To enable Ebsta's Reporting, you need to be a Salesforce Administrator.
1. Click on the Ebsta Tab in Salesforce.
If Ebsta's Tab doesn't appear, click on the + button and then find Ebsta.
2. Click Reporting Settings
3. Turn Ebsta Reporting to ON
4. Choose your Reporting Settings options:
'User Email Activity' will allow you to track the number of emails your Users send and receive on a daily basis.

'Salesforce Object Reporting Settings' gives insight into engagement with particular Objects, including: Accounts, Contacts, Leads and Opportunities. Ebsta offers Salesforce Object Reporting updates via Custom Fields or Custom Objects, the latter of which will impact on your data storage in Salesforce.
5. When you are happy with your set up, click Save Settings.
