Ebsta's Notification bar
As you work your way through your inbox, Ebsta's Notification bar will appear at the top of your browser.
The Notification bar displays a snapshot of the key information held in your Salesforce database including contact details, latest Opportunities and Activities related to that Account.
Clicking on any of the links (underlined blue) enables you to open up the record up in Salesforce in a new browser tab.
The Notification bar also advises you when you don't have a record in Salesforce. You can create a new record in Salesforce in just a couple of clicks from Ebsta's Bubble.
Ebsta's Gmail Icons
As well as dropping the Notification bar, Ebsta also includes icons next to email senders (and recipients) names so you can see at a glance whether you have related Salesforce records. Clicking any of these icons updates the Notification bar.
Represents a matching Lead record in Salesforce.
Represents a matching Contact record in Salesforce.
Represents multiple results in Salesforce.
When you are reading an email, Ebsta displays icons in the top right hand corner to enable you to add the email to Salesforce.

The Ebsta Bubble enables you to view and edit and create new Salesforce records without leaving Gmail.
When Ebsta's Notification bar is displaying information about a record that exists in Salesforce, click the Ebsta button in Gmail to open the Bubble. You can view all Activities and Opportunities related to this record, add new Activities and edit the record from here.
You can also create new Contact, Lead and Account records in Salesforce from the Bubble in just a few clicks.
