Follow the steps below to specify which mailbox folders to include/exclude in the sync to Ebsta.
1. Open up the Ebsta Console by clicking on the following link and sign in using your Salesforce credentials:
2. Click Settings in the top right-hand corner and select Mailbox Folders.
Alternatively from the Ebsta window click the arrow next to your account name, select Settings from the dropdown menu and the Mailbox Folders section of the Console will open up in a new browser tab.
3. If you have more than one mailbox connected, ensure the correct one is selected on the left-hand side.
4. Use the check boxes to select which mailbox folder(s) you wish to sync to Ebsta. By default both the Inbox and Sent Items folders are selected. When you have made your selections click Save.
5. From this point onwards Ebsta will only process the mailbox folders you have selected to sync
