Manage multiple Google Calendars syncing with Salesforce
In Calendar Sync set up, Ebsta will list all of your Google Calendars. You can choose for Events in each of your calendars to sync both ways or bi-directionally with Salesforce as per the example below.
If you chose for multiple calendars to sync both ways or bi-directionally with Salesforce, Ebsta will sync an Event to all your Google Calendars. For example, you may create an Event (e.g. "Weekly Review") in one of your Google Calendars.
This event will sync to Salesforce.
Then, because all of your Calendars are set to sync both ways, this Event in Salesforce will sync back to your other Google Calendars.
If you do not wish for this to occur, we recommend you choose to sync your primary Google Calendar both ways, and then other Calendars from Google to Salesforce only as per the example below.
With this new set up, Events in each of my Google Calendars will sync to Salesforce.
These Events that have been synced to Salesforce will now sync back to the primary Calendar only.
