Watch this short video tutorial to learn how to add email attachments to Salesforce from Gmail or follow the instructions below.
1. Open the email which contains the attachment you wish to add to Salesforce and click the Add Email to Salesforce button (also known as the Complex Add).
2. The Add Email to Salesforce window will open. Ebsta will automatically relate the email to the appropriate records in Salesforce. You can amend this as necessary.
3. To add the attachment to Salesforce, click on the attachment title so that it turns green.
4. Click Save.
5. Ebsta will add the email to Salesforce where it will appear in the Activity History of the record. The attachment will be added to Notes & Attachments section of the record in Salesforce.
Note: If you wish the attachment to be attached to the task in Salesforce instead of the default setting as above, please contact our Support Team to request this change.
