This article covers how to access Ebsta's Email Tracking Reporting and what insights are available to you after emails have been sent.
Accessing Email Tracking Reporting
To access email tracking information for specific contacts, click the Email Tracking button in Ebsta's blue notification bar.
The Email Tracking Report will drop down from the bar and by default will be open on the Activity Feed.
The activity feed is a chronological view of all activity against tracked emails relating to the person you are currently viewing in the bar. Ebsta displays the subject line of the email, when it was sent and when it was last viewed.
If you click View more (underlined in green in the last column), Ebsta displays when it was viewed, on what device and whether any links within the email have been clicked on.
All Tracked Emails
If you click All Tracked Emails, Ebsta displays a list all emails that have been sent with tracking to the person you are viewing in the bar.
The feed is ordered by most recently sent email. You can see at a glance whether they have been opened or not.

You can use the dropdown menu to filter the feed to display only Opened or only Unopened emails.
To view the email tracking activity of another contact, enter their email address into the search bar...
...and Ebsta will display all email tracking activity related to that person.
You can also access the email tracking activity for a specific person by clicking the Email Tracking button when viewing that person's record in Ebsta.
