Ebsta for Salesforce's Email Tracking Reporting gives you an overview of email tracking activity; how many times emails are opened, where they are opened and on what device and when links within those emails are clicked on.
To access the email tracking reporting, click the Email Tracking icon in the Ebsta Notification Bar.
The Email Tracking Reporting will drop down from the bar and by default will be open on the Activity Feed.
This is a chronological view of all activity against tracked emails relating to the person you are currently viewing in the bar. The feed is ordered by most recent activity.
At the glance you can see the subject line of the email, when it was sent and when it was last viewed.
If you click on View more (underlined in green in the last column), Ebsta will give you more detail about when it was opened, how many times, on what device and whether any links contained within the email have been clicked on.
All Tracked Emails
This part of the report displays a list all emails tracked and sent to the person you are viewing in the bar. The feed is ordered by most recently tracked sent email. You can see at a glance whether they have been opened or not.

You can use the dropdown menu to filter the feed to display only Opened or only Unopened emails.
If you wish to analyse the Email Tracking results related to another person, you can the search function. Type their email address into the search bar and Ebsta will automatically update the reports to show the tracking activity for that specific person.
Top Tip: You can also access the email tracking information by clicking the Email Tracking button when viewing that person's record in Ebsta.
