Occasionally connectivity issues are caused by security restrictions on users' Salesforce accounts - specifically IP restrictions. Your Salesforce Administrator will therefore need to whitelist Ebsta's IP addresses in Salesforce to enable you to successfully connect Ebsta to your Salesforce account.
Follow the steps below to:
- Whitelist Ebsta's IP addresses in Salesforce
- Whitelist Ebsta's IP Ranges for your Profiles in Salesforce
Whitelist Ebsta's IP addresses in Salesforce
1. Click the Gear icon and click Setup.
2. Type network access into the Quick Find box and select Network Access.
3. Click New.
4. You will need to enter Ebsta's IP details separately with the same Start and End IP range.

5. Click Save.
Whitelist Ebsta IP Ranges for your Profiles in Salesforce
Salesforce Administrators have control over which users can/cannot connect Ebsta to Salesforce by setting up IP restrictions against certain Profiles and/or individual user accounts.
1. Click the Gear icon and click Setup.
2. Type profiles into the Quick Find box and select Profiles.
3. Select the appropriate Profile from the list.
4. Hover over Login IP Ranges and click New.
5. You will need to enter Ebsta's IP details separately with the same Start and End IP range.
