Occasionally connectivity issues are caused by security restrictions on Users' Salesforce accounts - specifically IP restrictions. Your Salesforce Administrator will therefore need to whitelist Ebsta's IP addresses in Salesforce to enable you to successfully connect Ebsta to your Salesforce account.
How to whitelist Ebsta's IP addresses in Salesforce
1. Click Setup.
2. Click Security Controls > Network Access
3. Click New.
4. You will need to enter Ebsta's IP details separately with the same Start and End IP range.
