Ebsta's email sync gives full visibility of sent and received emails, calls and meetings that relate to an Account, Contact, Lead or Opportunity in Salesforce between you and connected colleagues/Mailboxes.
When viewing a record in Salesforce, scroll down to the Ebsta section in your Page Layout. The Activities tab should be open by default and looks like this:
This column identifies what type of activity has occurred.
You can open up the activity view to filter the results as you wish.
This column shows which Contact the activity relates to and identifies if the contact exists in Salesforce or not.

If the contact isn't in Salesforce, you can click on the icon and you can select to create a new Contact or Lead record in Salesforce.
This column gives you more detail about the activity that has occurred. Hovering over the magnifying glass gives a snapshot summary of the communication whilst clicking on the subject lines expands the view below and gives the full detail of the activity. If its an email for example, you will see the email communication in full.
All activities are ordered in chronological order (the most recent shown first). You have the ability to re-order the view and filter the view by a specific date range.
This column identifies which Colleague or Connected Mailbox the activity relates to.
Add Email to Salesforce
This last column identifies whether or not the sent and received emails have been added to Salesforce or not.
Email added to Salesforce. Clicking on this icon will open the completed task in Salesforce.
Email not in Salesforce. Clicking on this icon will add it and relate it to the appropriate record.
