Requirements: The Topic Tracking settings can only be accessed by users with Admin rights.
1. Access the Topic Tracking settings page by clicking the Settings button in the top right-hand corner and select Topics.
2. Click Create Topic in top right-hand side.
3. Enter a name for the topic, add keywords and change the default HEX code if required.

Each keyword can be saved by adding a comma or by pressing Enter or Tab so that it displays like this:
The default colour that the topics will be displayed as can be changed by inputting a new HEX* code. By default, any colour HEX value can be inputted. This means incorrect values will be accepted when the topic is saved. An incorrect HEX value or a HEX value saved without a '#' will default to white and will therefore be hidden when a user reviews the call to look like this:

4. When you are finished, click Save.
5. Once saved, the Topic will be displayed on this page. It can be edited, cloned and deleted.
