Once you have set up Meeting Scheduler, you are ready to configure it to suit your requirements.
In this section Ebsta confirms the email account that you have connected to Meeting Scheduler and displays the link that you will email out to people in order for them to access your calendar online.
Ebsta also confirms the time zone that is being used by Meeting Scheduler which is set by your Google calendar.
2. Meeting Settings
Use the dropdown menus to adjust the settings to suit your requirements.
Use the check boxes and drop-down menus to set the days and times that you are available.
Note: If you set up your availability between 9am and 5pm on Monday and then you put a 2-hour meeting at 2pm in your calendar, Meeting Scheduler will automatically block this time out as unavailable in your calendar on this date. So on this date, people will be able to book a meeting with you between 9am-2pm or 4-5pm.
4. My Calendar Page
This area enables you to customise the appearance of your online calendar page.
Logo: Soon you will be able to display your company logo on the booking page.
Header: This is the name given to your booking page.
Main text: You can decide what text to include on the booking page (if any).
Header Colour: Use the selector or type in a hex value to determine the header colour of your booking page.
Font Colour: Use the selector to change the colour of the font used on your booking page.
Preview my Calendar: Preview what your calendar booking page will look like to the end user by clicking on the eye icon.
5. Calendar Invite Details
In this section you can define the fields that a user will need to complete in order to book a meeting with you.
Note: This information will be included in a booking confirmation email to you once the meeting is booked.
To add fields:
Click the + icon, give the field a label and select its type from the drop-down list. To make it a required field tick the required box.
To delete fields:
Simply click the trash can icon next to the field you wish to remove from the booking form.
Note: Email address is a required field and can not be deleted.
To change the field order:
You can drag and drop the fields into the required order.
6. Put your calendar live
When you are happy with the configuration, click the toggle button at the top of the set up page. This will put your calendar live so people will be able to book meetings in your calendar from your link. At anytime you can use this button to take your calendar offline.
