How to customize State and Country values in Ebsta for Bullhorn – Ebsta Knowledge Base

You can edit the values that are displayed when you are selecting a State or Country to reflect your own requirements.

1. Click on the Ebsta icon in the top right-hand corner.

2. Click on the Settings icon in the bottom right-hand corner.

3. Click Access to Control Panel.

4. Click CRM Integration.

5. Click on the General tab.

6. Edit the options in the Country/State value list

Note: States will be loaded from the selected Countries.

7. Click Save to confirm your changes.

8. Refresh your Settings
