This error message will appear if you attempt to download Ebsta for Bullhorn from the Chrome Webstore without signing in.
Simply click "Sign in" in the top right-hand corner of the Google Chrome Webstore. You will find that once you have logged in to a Google account you can then download Ebsta for Bullhorn without any problems.
