Only dedicated approved contacts will be able to submit tickets to Bullhorn these are called ‘Account contact’ or ‘Support contact’. Please have the main account or support contact (who usually submits ticket to Bullhorn) to follow these instructions.
If the support or account contact is having difficulties with submitting tickets they should contact Bullhorn support via the following numbers to have this rectified before proceeding.

1. Log into Bullhorn and click Menu > Resources > Contact Support
2. Once you are logged into Bullhorn Community click Submit a New Ticket.
3. Complete the fields exactly as shown below and then click Submit.
Product Family Name: Bullhorn ATS/CRM
Subject: “Ebsta integration request"
Summary: “Please integrate Bullhorn with Ebsta”
4. You will receive a ticket confirmation ID and the integration process will begin. Typically, the next correspondence you receive will outline the setup has been completed by Bullhorn and Ebsta has been given access to your Bullhorn database.
